An intensive program exploring differing seniors living Models. During the study tour, participants will visit significant organisations from an integrated services perspective. At a time where the variety of Retirement Living models are expanding rapidly to meet new consumer expectations, reform agendas and a genuine appetite by operators create opportunities to provide alternative income streams.
This tour will take a practical approach to identifying the infrastructure, human resource requirements, compliance and tools of trade needed to operationalize care in a Retirement Living setting. A key feature of the program is a Masterclass that will uncover the answer to ‘Why many organizations are moving toward expanding Resident services’, the Principles of Introducing care in a community setting, and importantly an Awareness of Care Compliance.
